1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and all painting, cleaning, and related services provided by Dolphin Painting Services (“we,” “our,” “us”).
1.2 By accessing or using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking or accepting a quotation.
2. Our Services
2.1 Dolphin Painting Services provides a range of professional services, including but not limited to:
- Interior and exterior residential and commercial painting
- Roof painting and cleaning
- Driveway cleaning and sealing
- End-of-lease and real estate repainting services
2.2 All services are carried out by qualified professionals using high-quality materials and industry-standard techniques to ensure superior workmanship.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if we believe the conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or outside our area of expertise.
3. Quotations and Estimates
3.1 All quotations are free of charge and valid for 7 days from the date issued.
3.2 Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer. Any change in scope, access, materials, or surface condition may result in an updated price.
3.3 Acceptance of a quotation constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
3.4 Additional costs may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered after work begins (e.g., water damage, structural defects, or hazardous materials).
4. Bookings and Deposits
4.1 A booking may require a deposit, depending on the project size and materials required.
4.2 Work scheduling will be confirmed once the deposit (if applicable) is received.
4.3 Deposits are non-refundable if the project is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start date.
4.4 We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material shortages, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Payments
5.1 Payment terms will be clearly stated on the invoice.
5.2 We accept cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
5.3 Invoices are due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.4 Late payments may incur additional charges, interest, or suspension of ongoing/future work until the outstanding balance is paid.
5.5 Ownership of all materials and completed work remains with Dolphin Painting Services until full payment is received.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
6.1 Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
6.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
6.3 If we must cancel or reschedule a job, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new suitable date.
7. Access and Preparation
7.1 The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property, including adequate parking and electricity/water supply.
7.2 Please remove personal belongings, furniture, and fragile items from work areas prior to commencement.
7.3 Additional charges may apply for time spent moving or protecting items not removed as agreed.
8. Liability and Safety
8.1 We hold all relevant licenses, insurance, and safety certifications required for our services.
8.2 While we take great care to protect your property, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects
- Accidental damage arising from concealed issues
- Losses caused by delays beyond our control (e.g., weather or supply chain disruptions)
8.3 Our total liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the specific contract.
